Agreement and Provider

PetPing is provided by Appgrow, MB, registration code 306730105, VAT LT100018734919, Girulių g. 14-201, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Appgrow," "we," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using PetPing, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to PetPing unless a custom license is presented through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use PetPing.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use PetPing. If the law where you live requires a higher age to agree to online services, a parent or guardian must approve your use. PetPing is not directed to children.

You may use supported features in guest mode or create an account. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us through the contact form if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

License and Ownership

Subject to these Terms and the Apple usage rules, Appgrow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PetPing on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, including use permitted through Family Sharing.

PetPing, including its software, design, branding, and content supplied by us, is owned by Appgrow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Your Content

You keep ownership of pet profiles, photos, notes, reminders, and other content you add. You give Appgrow a limited license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, sync, and support PetPing.

You are responsible for having the right to upload your content and for keeping your own copies of information that is important to you.

Pet Care and Reminder Disclaimer

PetPing is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, emergency, or other professional advice. Information in the app is not a substitute for a qualified veterinarian.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your entries, schedules, notification permissions, and reminder delivery. Do not rely on PetPing as the only method of managing urgent, time-sensitive, or life-critical pet care.

Subscriptions

PetPing may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown by Apple before purchase form part of your purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription may renew automatically and Apple may charge your account. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting PetPing or your PetPing account does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law. Trial and promotional eligibility may be limited by Apple and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use PetPing for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not interfere with security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, or overload its infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer or modify PetPing except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not upload content that infringes privacy, copyright, or other rights, or that you are not entitled to use.
• Do not use PetPing to build or operate a competing service without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

PetPing relies on services provided by Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Meta, and Superwall. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Appgrow is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information PetPing collects and how it is used.

Availability, Updates, and Termination

We may update PetPing to improve features, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, but will respect mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using PetPing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Warranties and Consumer Rights

PetPing is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under consumer law, including remedies for faulty digital content or services. If PetPing fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for any refund Apple is required to provide; Apple has no other warranty obligation for PetPing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appgrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or losses caused by missed reminders, incorrect user entries, disabled notifications, device settings, network failure, or third-party service interruption.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Appgrow, not Apple. Appgrow, not Apple, is responsible for PetPing, its maintenance and support, and claims relating to PetPing, including product, regulatory, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using PetPing. You confirm that you are not located in a region subject to a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism and are not listed on a US government restricted-party list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions against you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections provided by the law of your country, and you may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief or using a competent consumer-protection or dispute-resolution body.

Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms when PetPing, applicable law, or our business changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required for material changes.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple license terms form the agreement governing your use of PetPing.
